  • Can´t get scene to render with a different GI color

I have some experience with Accurender, but I´m new to V-Ray. While trying to get started with it following the Manual instructions, I loaded the chairs-original skp file, and set the options as explained, but I couldn´t make the scene render with a different GI color. Despite changing the color in environment tab, it always render with a light blue GI. Please help, as it´s very frustrating to get stuck just in the beginning with such a simple thing.

    Thanks

Chances are you've got the Physical Sun/Sky mapped to the environment, which means that the environment color an multiplier won't be referenced. Simply click on the M and remove the sky and you should be good. Also chances are that if the sun is on then the physical camera is on too, so you should either disable the physical camera or disable exposure in the physical camera options.
